Registration
Participants may register by completing the following registration form through this official website along with the receipt of the registration fee payment to the secretariat by E-mail (afad2018@afad.asia) or fax(+82-64-735-1098).
Guideline for Registration
  • All presenters and participants MUST complete the registration and remit the required registration fee by November 2, 2018.
  • Please note that since the number of hotel rooms is expected to be insufficient, it may be difficult to provide single rooms to all attendees and that you can share house with other participants.
Registration Process

    Sign-up
    Create your email ID and password to join the website.

    Acknowledgement of sign-up will be sent to your email.
  • STEP 2
    Log-in &
    E-Registration
    After signing-up, log-in with your email ID and password.

    Fill out the requested information for registration.
  • STEP 3
    Payment
    Make a payment via credit card of wire transfer.

    Acknowledgement of registration will be sent to your email.
  • STEP 4
    Completion
    Confirmation of your registration will be sent to your email upon the finalization of payment.

  • One-day registration is not available.
  • After November 2, 2018, room availability may not be guaranteed. Pre-registration is highly recommended.
  • Completion of payment must be received before November 2 for Pre-Registration.
Payment Methods
  • All registration fees are quoted in US dollars (USD). Payment in any other currencies will not be accepted.
  • Registration will be honored only after full payment has been made.
  • Confirmation letter will be sent upon clearance of payment.
  • Receipts will be provided at the on-site registration desk.
By Credit Card
  • Please note that all service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.
  • Actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
  • The merchant name on your credit card statement will be ‘Eximbay’.
  • Usable card type: Visa/ Master Card/ Amex/ JCB/ UnionPay
  • If issued country of the credit card and access country of it are different, the payment would be blocked automatically in order to avoid online risk. If you have payment problem for this reason, please contact secretariat of AFAD 2018 via afad2018@afad.asia.
By Bank Transfer
  • A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below.
  • A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be e-mailed to the secretariat; afad2018@afad.asia.
  • Please note that all bank charges are to be paid by registrants.
  • Please ensure that the participant’s name is on the transfer record.
  • Confirmation letter will be sent upon clearance of payment.

Cancellation & Refund
  • Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat via e-mail (afad2018@afad.asia).
  • All refunds will be made after the forum for administrative reasons and all bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
